  Light not casting Shadows in CS4

  Did something change from CS3 to CS4 regarding this or am I retarded?

  3D Draft button is not selected, I have a camera, a light and 3D Objects….
  quadruple checked all the material options for the light, the 3D Text, and the 3D Background for shadow casting and light acceptance. Is there something special I have to do with light transmission mabybe?

  Is there a bug or something?

  Lights work the way they always have. Do you have any 2D layers that might be messing things up? Your light is set to cast shadows and your layers are set to cast and receive shadows?

  Posting a photo of your light options (select the light and hit ‘aa’) and your layer material options (select the layer and hit ‘aa’) may help us diagnose your problem.
