  file export to DVD

  When I’m exporting a final seq, from my Adrenale I got a gamma problem. If I try to view the QuickTime files in FCP ( via SDI) and the gamma is not the same. I have tryed to use DV – DVCPro AND DVCPro 50 codec it’s all the same.

  My AVID is a Adrenaline HD ver 2.5.4 on a Mac G5 2.7 running os 10.4.7

  Is there a trick or at better codes? I fell a litle stupid when I have to record the SDI singal from AVID in FCP to make a DVD.

  Depends on the encoder you are using. Some of them expect 16RGB – 235RGB as per digital television specification – and some expect 0RGB-255RGB. Try setting the QT export to RGB levels and try again.
