  .WAV files into media composer

  hello how do i bring in wav files we have a 23.98 14:1 project with
  48hz 16bit audio

  i get an insufficient media error

  are you reimporting/batch importing, the error sounds strange if you’re pulling a wav in fresh?

  uh! Is this true for all wav files or a specific file. I can only imagine the media doen’t correspond to the trac data. I’d be tempted to try and create an audio disc form the file and rip from that, or even pull it in analog!

  what we were able to do is convert the .wav files into aiff and youre able to keep each channel unique. however it loses timecode.

  avid sucks.
