    Hello,

I’m trying to export a QT MPEG-4 (Best settings, audio uncompressed). The video is 1:1 from a Digibeta (though the initial source material was DV25). I’ve tried exporting it as Lower Field First and Single Field.

    1) Lower Field First looks better on individual frames, but doesn’t handle motion well.
    2) Single Field handles motion better, but doesn’t look as good on a given frame.

I’m creating these videos for internet only.

Is there an additional setting I’m missing? What is the industry standard for dealing with exports for the net?

Personally I would export a QT full res from avid. Then use a compression package of sorts to make the MP4.
