  Please help: noValidResolutions

  Please help me troubleshoot this problem:

  When starting up Avid, we are getting this problem:

  Assertion failed: noValidResolutions == FALSE
  File: WelKnownMobsMC.c, Line 287

  When I click on the Debugger option, I get this message:

  Exception: Couldn’t find internal timecode generator template
  File: AApplication.c, Line 3247

  Then the program shuts down.

  Our specs are:

  Avid Xpress Pro v. 4.6
  Dual 1.8 GHz PowerPC G5
  2.25 GB DDR SDRAM
  OS X 10.3.9

  Not much help but, it clearly has a problem with codecs, being unable to display the requested material. Have you tried different projects or re installing avid????
