  Importing from an Ike HL-DV7AW

  Anyone been successful in getting Xpress Pro to recognize and record from the Ikegami HL-DV7Aw fire wire. I keep getting a “no signal Present ” message. I tried enabling No-Deck Icon and searched the deck options…no Ikie… but Sony 570 ect are listed. Is there any way around the the deck preference set up?

  The camera firewire has output, I can see it when I use the DVRack software, but I can’t get XpressPro to recognize it.

  I’ve been on lots of studio shoots where we captured right to the Avid. Does XpressPro not support this?

  I woke up smarter this morning and found the problem. Make a path for OHCI Select generic deck enable no deck and bingo off and running
