  xpress pro not recognizing my deck

  Hello, when i had my xpress pro installed on a pc it took a while but it eventually recognized my deck (canon elura) but now that i’ve switched to a g5 it will not recognize my deck at all whatsoever. I even upgraded to the latest version but still nothing.

  g5
  dual 2.5g
  running tigger 10.4.1

  please help.
