  AVR Media Tag when I am working w/14:1

  I am working on an AVID Xpress and I am trying to apply a motion effect. I continue to get an error message that I cannot apply a motion effect to AVR media even though the master clip is clearly 14:1. I am wondered if there is a drive filtering setting I can resolve this with or any other possible solution.
