  moving media files from one firewire drive to another-how do I keep project connected

  My Lacie BiggieDisk Extreme is getting to full of files so I put a Maxtor in a daisy chain before it and want to move some files to the more empty Maxtor. They are already linked to the project as in the Lacie file. What do I do to keep them connected to the project.
