  white flash during playback

  I just installed my upgrade for Xpress Pro for Mac.
  I was shipped version 4.6 because Im still working in Panther.
  I have a studio that is primarily FCP and can not upgrade to Tiger
  until all projects are finished.
  The system I installed on is an older G4 Dual gig with 2 Gig Ram.
  Im using a 200 gig Firewire drive for storage. I have batched
  approximately 4 hrs of footage from a Telecine flex file. All media
  was captured at DV 25 successfully. On play back however, there are
  random white flashes that occur. Also video seems to skip and flash
  when played back from a cut sequence.
  The project is at a 30 frames

  any info would be great…

  Did you ever get an answer to this. I have a client who uses Avid Adrenaline and they have run into an issue importing my animation files (Quicktime). They are getting white frame periodically and yet my source files don’t have them.
