  capturing HDV on xpress pro 4.6

  Is it possible?

  Should i install a plug-in or upgrade to do it?

  You need Avid Xpress Pro HD version 5.5, which has not yet been released. That is the first version that will support HDV. V4.6 doesn’t support HD anything.
