  Avid Studio Tools Help

  Can anyone recommend training tools for Avid Studio (3d,fx, and dvd)? Books, videos, websites, anything would work – Marquee training would be great as well. Thanks!

  A few basic tutorials are on Avid’s website: https://www.avid.com/video/xpressDemos/index.asp?currVideo=1

  DVD Training sets and books are available through the Avid Store: https://www.avidstore.com/
  Look on the bottom left-hand side of the page under “Training.”

  Marquee has some tutorials in its user manual. Get it here: https://www.avid.com/content/7925/MarqueeGuide.pdf

  Steve Bayes, one of the early creators of Avid’s hardware/software (who now works for Media 100, if you can believe that!), has launched a new company, ArtFXual, which has released its first product, “Marquee Demystified.” It’s spendy, but incredible. https://www.artfxual.com/artfxualmain.html

  Boris has some Red tutorials that will help you in Avid FX, as they are the same program. https://www.borisfx.com/tutorials/

  That should keep you busy for a while. 🙂
