  MOJO with the blues

  Our Avid Express Pro has, from time-to-time, gone into a blue video appearance when outputting to component through the Mojo. Recycling the system has always fixed the problem… until now!

  Ol’ Mojo is just blue, blue, blue and we can’t output a durn thing!

  Imagine our clients’ chagrin! (Those Silly Billys just can’t take a joke, it seems. [WE can take a joke, which is why we stick with Avid systems!])

  What should we do. System is no longer under warranty. Should we just tell the money man to okay a flat-out purchase of a new Mojo? And any ideas what this will run?

  Okay, so it’s a settings thing. Glad it changes itself arbitrarily. – Not at all confusing. Glad also to be working on the “latest version” of Avid Express, despite that the basic Avid interface and logic are essentially unchanged and un-upgraded from over ten years ago. My hope remains that the complacency of this unholy organization eventually weakens their stranglehold on the marketplace so that other, better-designed programs may finally eclipse Avid.
