  Flamethrower output error-underrun occurred

  I keep getting this exception on our Xpress Pro Win XP system:

  Exception: ADM_DIO_ERROR_OCCURRED, DIOess:Flamethrower output error-underrun occurred-

  This happens during playback of longer sequences. The sequence will playback for a while, then audio and video will drift out of synch. Eventually the playback will stop and this exception will appear.

  I searched the Avid Knowledge base and couldn’t find anything.

  Any ideas or has anyone seen this before? Thanks.
