  Importing FCP project into AVID

  I am working on a project where we need to switch NLE editing suites from FCP4.5HD to an AVID suite. We have already captured and synched all the footage and sound in FCP and it is currently stored on an external fire wire drive. Will we be able to work with these files in AVID or do we have to recapture and re-synch. Thanks.
