When my Avid 3.0 software arrived I had only one drive in my Mac Pro. I now have more internal drives installed and want to move all the media off of my boot drive.

Do I need to do anything special or do I just copy it from one drive to another? Will the Avid projects follow where I moved it? Do I need a special program to move everything?

    Thanks!
    Sean

Just copy the entire media folder from the root of one drive to the root of the other. For example:

Copy C:\Avid MediaFiles to M:\Avid MediaFiles

When you relaunch Avid it will find the new media and relink to your project. Edit away.
