  Avid classes

  I’m about to take an Avid Express class and being that Avid seems to have many
  different softwares,ie:Adrenaline, will I be able to pick up on the other ones fairly quickly?

  Adrenaline (and Mojo) is the hardware. Media Composer is the software. Avid XPress Pro uses a stripped down version of Media Composer (4 multicam vs 9, no animatte, etc.). I don’t know about the high-end stuff (Avid DS), but once you master Media Compsoser, you’ll be able to get around most Avid products very easily.
