  I’m so green

  I’m trying to install the Avid Studio Toolkit on my PC (WIN XP). I’ve got Xpress Pro running in the updated 5.2v and my dongle is updated with the Toolkit 5.1v. When I try to install the Toolkit it says;

  DIO versions are mismatched.
  Current installed DIO version : 5.4.1
  Toolkit DIO version : 5.2.0
  cannot continue.

  What is a DIO, and how do I fix this problem so I can install and use the Toolkit?

  Pardon me, it’s not easy bein’ green….

  Did you ever get this resolved? If not, you should go to the uninstall applications menu and get rid of the current DIO runtime (I always picture a short metal singer in cartoonishly large boots, but thats just me…). Make sure you follow the install instructions exactly…
