  blur?

  i’m making a short informational piece and want to blur my picture when i bring up a graphic list….can this be done in avid or what?

  i’m not looking for a fluid/motion/radial blur…just a general blur…in photoshop it’s a gaussian blur…

  i’m using avid xpress pro hd on a laptop…if there’s any other info you need i’ll be quick to answer. thanks!
