Square pixels nested in a PAL DV1 comp
Hello all,
I heard that no question is a stupid question but I’ll test that mantra now 🙂
Does it make any difference if my main comp is DV1 and nested precomps are square pixels?
I do a lot of work in PAL DV1 and often set my precomps to square pixels. I don’t notice any difference when I preview and final renders (PAL DV1) come out the same.
I often do this because I import a lot of work from Maya and the renders I get are almost always square pixels…
I’d appreciate any insight on this as I simply want to understand how this works.
