    Hi all,

Forgive a very noobie question, but I’m new to Invigorator. What I was hoping to do when creating some 3d text was to be able to do some motion tracking in AE on live action footage and then have the 3d footage move with it. Ala Panic Room, Fringe titles e.t.c.

However, when I set it as the target for my motion tracking nothing happens. Can anyone point me in the right direction of being able to do this?

    Much appreciated!

    Hi Gary,

To track your 3D Text to your After Effects 3D Layers, be sure to place your objects into the proper sets. For example, move your objects into Set 1 in the 3D Invigorator Set-Up window. Then, in the Effect Controls window, go to the Sets controls, then go into Set 1 and adjust “Set 1 Track 3D Layer” to track your 3D Layer. You’ll then see your 3D Text snap to the position of your 3D Layer.

    Hope this helps.

    Best,
    Edward
