  Best way to mapping an image onto a shape

  I post here a link for you to download the project I’m playing around, to see what I’m doing wrong when I try to use an image as a layer map in my shape.

  Nice job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I understood very well now what was my error, because I was preparing a 720×480 Illustrator file, but my heart shape inside was only 325×323 pixels, so that’s why my 720×480 image looked as squeezed into the shape.
  I cropped all my images using your tip and fitted exactly onto my shapes. Your are the best !!!

  On the other hand, around the masks I used for my Particular, to go around the shapes, do you have any better method to do this???

  Hi Charles,

  You’re welcome. Glad it helped with the Layer Mapping.

  Right, using the masks is probably the best way to work with Particular and have the particles go around the shapes.
