  decal maps and transparency

  What file format do I have to save my image in to get the transparency for a decal map effect? JPG, TARGA, and PICT flatten out the transparency, to the best of my knowledge. Do I need to just make the image a layer map or am I exporting something wrong from Photoshop?

  Sorry! didnt’ realize I had to create the alpha’s manually and load them as transparency maps….
