I’m fairly new to Zaxwerks and am having difficulty importing my Illustrator files because they are too large. The sample files with Zaxwerks (NBC logo, etc) are 55 KB max. My files are 150 kb – 2MB and are rejected (not enough RAM even though I have 1 MB of RAM) and these are simple rings or text!

Can you advise what I am doing wrong and how can I make my files smaller?
I have checked the trouble shooting files and other text (380 pages) included with 3D Invig. but nothing specific to this basic question.
    Thanks

    Ken

    Ken,

The only way the Illustrator files you describe could be that big is if they include bit-mapped art.

The Illustrator files should be simple filled shapes – no gradients or bit-mapped elements.

If you want, send me a file (jokerstrom1 (at) mac.com and I’ll take a look.
