  kerning problem replacing text

  I am doing a graphic for some publicity material where the actors name is revealed. I want to use the same graphic for all the different actors but when I edit the text and click OK the text shows up all kerned out. What is the best way to manipulate this text back together? Is this a bug or do I have to manipulate each letter seperately?

  it happens to me as well. I end up having to remake the 3d text….
