    Hi ! 🙂

I’m trying to create the effect of a text transformed into sand.
What is tricky here is that I’d like to move the sand, as it was blown away by the wind.

In the “Fractal field” section, I can move the fractal field going through the particles, but not the particles themselves.

I’m looking toward the Displacement map… Is it right ? And what sort of displacement map should I use to create this wind feeling ?

    Thank you a lot ! 🙂

Have you seen Aharon Rabinowitz’s tutorial on text-to-sand?

Keyframing the Center XY and Center Z will move the particles. You can also check out this tutorial which is all about using Form to destruct a logo.
