  I have had one of these decks now for over 3 years…. what a piece of unstable garbage….. the first new one I had bought was problematic…. sent it back… was sent another one…. in a very short period of time… same unstable problem….I had sent it to JVC for service…. they said they did some adjustments then sent it back to me…. and it still constantly needs cleaning…. I use good tape….. I probably have less then 75 hours total on the deck. Most of the time I have to drag out my camera and capture my footage off of that…… SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A SONY DSR 11….. would like to sell the JVC deck on ebay…. but I could not in a clear mind sell someone such a worthless piece of gear…. any one else as dissatisfied as I am ?
