I had a lot of trouble tonight getting a clear shot in some low light situations. I am filming 720p 24fps. Any tips on the settings I should use to get a good picture in low light with this camera?

How dark is it? What kind of environment are you shooting in?

This camera isn’t great in low light. Add some light.

I will upload a few short clips of the footage tonight so that you can see what my problems are. Thanks a lot Ryan

How much color correction are you doing with these shots? How high is your gain? How much light are you using?

no color correction and in the really low light shots I put the gain all the way up, 18 i think. I shot a play tonight under good stage lights and the footage looks great. You were right when you said these cameras aren’t that good in low light.
