  JVC GY-HM100U 4X3 native?

  I just got a HM100 and found that the composite t/v output is (letterbox 4×3). once a week i need to shoot a project that requires 4×3 to a video mixer, i can take (cropped left/right) but it can’t be letterbox.
  WHAT DO I DO??
  I understand the HM100 only (Records) 16×9 and that is what i need for all my other project.

  Is there a way to get native 4×3 from this camera before post?
