  JVC digital video camera GR-DVL505U–error message “safe mode”

  Unable to watch recording due error message “E03–Safe Mode” pops up. Attempted to clean the camera with the recommened cleaning tape but it fails also. Please help. Camera has not been used very much over the past few years. Was also wandering if it could be used as a web cam but I’m guessing probabaly not since the software that came with the camera is for windows 95 or 98. Thanks.
