  Same kind of issues

  Series 200
  720/24P and 1080i/60
  Letus Extreme Adapter
  Primes – Nikon 50mm, 110mm, PL-cooke 18 – 80mm
  Firestore HD100

  Mac Pro (quad) 3.2Ghz
  32 GB Ram
  Dual Fiber Channel
  Mac Raid with 12Tb Storage

  FC Studio 2

  Issues I have seen is the back focus locking ring slips, also in 1080i/60 seeing motion blur in low to mid light levels. When in the same scene shooting in 720 solves the problem. Have tried different settings for 1080 and they all have the same problem.

  Second issue is on the latest update to FCS, this caused the camera not to be seen, also issues with my AJA box for direct HD/SDI capture. This version also had problems with locking during edit with HQ ProRes.

  Moved back to the older version of FCS (I archive my previous versions always when doing any apple upgrades) and the problems went away. So I would say allot of the new issues are with the current version of the software
