  TA3F to locking Sennheiser 3.5 adapter?

  Hi all,

  I’m beginning the slow burn towards buying a wireless lav set such as the Sennheiser AVX (mainly because of the automatic correcting features, which would leave me free to work on other one-man-band tasks). My question:
  I already have an AT899 which I believe terminates in a TA3F connector. It using the AT899 with an AVX set as simple as buying a TA3F to Sennheiser locking 3.5″ converter? Is there a phantom power issue I should be aware of?

  Hello Andrew, Eric Toline has be making those sorts of little adapters. DOn’t know if he still is.

  Phantom Power….prolly not, but there’s some voltage and the correct pin outs that have to be right.
