  Innkeeper PBX to software not connecting??

  Hi…

  I need to record my interviews directly from an Innkeeper PBX. I have the Cubase LE 5 software and adobe audition CS5.5 and an Alesis Multimix 8 USB mixer.

  I’ve been able to record my mic through the mixer in the software, BUT the phone calls are not recognized nor will they record.

  Can someone guide me through this?
