I’ve had to animate several stills and have been using the puppet tool to give them subtle movement. But I’m finding on these images little cut of “splinters” that float from the image. As if someone took scissors and cut a small shaving off the side. So far it’s not too distracting but I have one now where it’s very apparent and I can’t fix it. Any idea?

Try increasing the number of triangles used in the mesh or expanding the mesh. See “Work with Puppet pins and the distortion mesh”.
