  exporting audio timecode track in FCP

  Hello Group,
  I have a special problem. In some cases we take the timecode out of the camera to one side of the audio track so that the transcriptionists can have the reference timecode on the printed transcript of the dialog. My question is : is there a way to get an audio timecode in post, if the tech did not record the audio timecode from the camera at the time of the video shoot.
  I have fcp 6 and 7 if that helps. It was shot on a sony xdcam. The way they want it is mp3 file stereo with timecode on either left or right channel
