  [Question] Title design

  Can any one please explain the steps to re create the following title effect https://www.mediafire.com/?zmrkuo3mtj1 I want to place “David” in the location of the dark blue text.

  Thank you for your answer Mr. Dave, I know only the basics i.e. I can get the text effect to appear but I never used particles with it before.
