Altering Audio based on Frame Rate
Anyone know of software that will allow us to change an audio track based on a picture’s frames per second rate?
We’d like to change a music track for some off speed sync for an upcoming video and i’m aware of programs like Song Surgeon which let you change the temp based on percentage, but we need one that that changes the speed based on frames per second. Otherwise it’s a math equation, really.
