  Adobe Sound Booth CS3 Question

  Hi, I purchased a device that provides phantom power to my mic, and sends the audio into my PC via firewire (the device is a PreSonus Inspire 1394). It seems to work fine and I’m capturing audio with no problem in Adobe Sound Booth CS3. But pretty regularly, at some point right after recording, the audio won’t play. It will just freeze up. The software doesn’t seem to be crashing. The timeline just won’t move. I can click “play” and “pause” and the buttons “highlight”, but nothing happens.

  Anyone else experiencing this? I’m wondering if there is a setting I should change in Sound booth, or elsewhere.
