Frequency Chart of Human Voice

The human voice covers a range of 80 Hz to a peak in the 1-3 kHz region and falls off pretty rapidly afterwards. There’s not a lot of energy above 10 kHz. Most of the energy is 125 Hz to about 6 kHz.

September 13, 2008 at 9:09 pmI’ve seen visual charts depicting relative range of various instruments but nothing visual for human voice. But I can plot my own chart now. (I’m obviously a visual person working in audio world on this.)
