  Frequency Chart of Human Voice

  Can someone direct me to a frequency chart of the human voice as a guide for EQ?

  Hello Teresa and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum,

  The human voice covers a range of 80 Hz to a peak in the 1-3 kHz region and falls off pretty rapidly afterwards. There’s not a lot of energy above 10 kHz. Most of the energy is 125 Hz to about 6 kHz.

  I’ve seen visual charts depicting relative range of various instruments but nothing visual for human voice. But I can plot my own chart now. (I’m obviously a visual person working in audio world on this.)
