  AT&T Conference Call

  Does anyone know why AT&T recorded conference calls get recorded at 6hz mono @ 16bit? Or why they come with a horrible wavering dc offset? Perhaps someone could suggest a recording alternative?
  I believe all those who attend these are using some form of an IP phone if that helps.
