Does anyone know of an embedded SDI audio mixer? We have the A/V coming out SDI from our deck and would just like it to run through a small rackmounted mixer so we can do some mixing. (Changing levels and the channels.) Some of the tapes we get have low levels or the Full Mix is one 1 and we need it on 1 and 2. Any help would be great.

Personally ive not come across an audio mixer taht accepts embedded audio, however you can get Embedder/Deembedders that will pick out the audio from the embedded signal and pressent it to a mixer as AES/EBU of SPdif.

If you’re still interested maybe we can help. What facilities are you looking for? Control panel, number of inputs, extra AES inputs or outputs etc?
