  Event Pan/Crop Window Laggy!

  Hello!

  I’ve been using Sony Vegas 15 for around 3-4 years now, and I’m so used to lag I usually just ignore but I want to change that. I can’t find anything online about this problem and it’s driving me nuts! When I use the event pan/crop, even on an empty event, it lags. So even when I try to use the event pan/crop window on a video clip, it’s even laggier. I have a medium to high end PC (Intel Core i5 6400, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB with 16 gigs of ram) which runs games like Grand Theft Auto 5, Watch Dogs 2, and even Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). I’ve tried downgrading to an older Sony Vegas (Vegas Pro 13), but it was equally as laggy if not worse! I’ve looked online for fixes for months now, I’ve even looked on this forum and any of the fixes you guys, or tutorials on YouTube provide, don’t work. I can’t seem to figure out why it does this, anything helps!

  Hi Kal! So, what is your question? You’ve provided information except the Media Information and then your Project Settings? Why didn’t you include that? Why? Ultimately, with your i5 Processor, the amount of MATH your setup can tolerate will be strongly and crucially influenced by the combination of Media Information and your Project Settings.
