    HI all ,
just getting started here. I have a video recorded from the internet that freezes from time to time throughout its duration. Is there a way to remove those duplicate frames with a tool or a filter? Or is the answer is to go through all the video trimming out all the duplicates?
    Thank you so much!

Yep, i am afraid that’s what you gonna have to do….
But first, have you looked at getting the recording done properly in the first place and what you are using to do your recording!
