  Jerky Footage when Importing PremProj into AE

  I’ve tried troubleshooting here a number of different ways but whenever I import a Premiere Project into AE it comes out jerky on the export.

  1. On export (different settings) from Prem everything fine
  2. On export (diff sett) from AE under Make Movie there are parts that jump jerk around. I’m just opening up the comp that AE makes from the Prem timeline and trying to output without any effects.
  3. Also, the only changes I make inside the Prem Proj are cuts.

  Working with AVCHD footage, 720p 60fps.

  Any links or ideas for me?
