Impossible to launch Vegas Pro 16
Hello.
I have tried to update Vegas Pro 15 with the version 16.
The new program don’t upgrade the previous but both versions are installed.
However , only version 15 works , when I launch the version 16, I get an error message and a button to report the incident to the technical team.
I did it at least 10 times , but no answer ☹
My PC works with Windows 10.
Anyone can help me?Thank you in advance.

I tried this solution but it doesn’t work.
The opening is interrupted at the same step , simply , the dialog box doesn’t not appear.

I found that one of my two graphics cards was not compatible.
I disabled my NVIDIA GeForce 840M card and now it works.

The graphics card is at times the culprit when this happens…
