Flying letters.
Posted by Brandon Lafave on October 21, 2009 at 10:36 pmI want to be able to create letters that are flying by from left to right throughout my whole animation (30 secs) but I can’t seem to figure out how to create this effect.

October 22, 2009 at 12:13 amI have tried that. The thing is that I want the letters flying by for the whole 30 seconds. I’m trying to create an effect that makes it look very windy and the letters are getting blown by the wind. I only have about 3 seconds of it done doing it that way and I already have about 15 layers. This is my first project in Ae so I’m unsure of how to go about this.

October 22, 2009 at 11:37 amYou should be using a particle generator. Aharon has a tutorial that shows you how to loop a particle generator. Check out his tutorial here – https://library.creativecow.net/articles/rabinowitz_aharon/red_giant_looping_particle_system.php
This should be your ideal solution. As for the ‘blowing in the wind’ motion, perform a COW Search using the keywords, “leaf”.
