How do i trim/delete 1 hour of blank space at the end of my movie

You don’t. You just set a loop region (double click in timeline area) and render that.

Odds are that you have a tiny sliver of something at the very end of your timeline. Use the FFWD key to go to the very end, zoom in on it and delete what’s there. Go back to the beginning and use the FFWD key again. Confirm that it now goes to the end of your movie. If it does save your project and render it. If it doesn’t repeat this process.
