  • Sony Vegas Pro 13 lags when I use videos that was recorded in 1920×1200

I usually record videos at 1920×1080 resolution and then be able to edit no problem in sony vegas 13, but now that I got two bigger monitors at 1920×1200 I am “forced” to record on that, the problem is when I want to edit the footage it REALLY becomes slow and choppy its unbearable. I tried changing the resolution to 1920×1080 but it is still choppy and laggy. Please help me! When you are ready to help please Ping me!
So now I put two Raw footage of 1920×1080 and 1920×1200. the one that was originally 1920×1080 does not lag at all, while the 1920×1200 is lagging as hell! =[
I found out that for some reason Sony vegas have a lot of trouble working with videos that was originally recorded in 1920×1200
Is there some way I can “Resize” the footage I recorded in 1920×1200 to 1920×1080 without having to use some sort of converter. I have hours and hours of footage recorded in 1920×1200 and fills almost 1 Terabyte on hardisk

I would Really LOVE some help, I am a YouTuber an such issue is stopping from me being able to make videos for my audience =[
Thanks for reading! I hope you can help =]

Although i’m not really sure what kinda workflow you are doing here:
Why not then record only on your old monitor!

I sold the old monitor because it was old and low quality. And bought two high resolution monitors. They are much higher quality. When I scale the monitors to 1920×1080 and then records a video it is perfect. But of course then I am having black bars around the screen. Also I have gotten some pretty sick clips in the 1920×1200 videos that I would LOVE to use. Anyway I can restore that?
