VP 15 and New Blue?
So – am I understanding correctly that I have to pay to use New Blue under VP 15? After it worked fine and was INCLUDED in VP 13?
Also VP 15 seems SUPER sluggish – am I crazy or is there a problem going on here?

To be clear – I received a “serial number” for new blue filters when I upgraded. But when I add a New Blue FX, it comes up with a giant red x over my event. When I click the activate button and enter (paste) my serial number in they gave me, the activate button is not enabled still, so i have no way to activate it? Confused?

Ken, you really need to open a Support Ticket with NewBlue and get going with a dialogue with them. It would appear you’re into a licensing activation issue that nobody here can assist.
I’ve had a whole mess of NewBlue FXs and Titler great plugs and have, on more than one occasion, needed to make contact NewBlue Support to get activated and get the Red Cross removed.
