  V13 crashes on opening

  It can take up to 4 tries to get the software running on my system. it always freezes at the Plugins and then sometimes at the GUI. i have to knock it down, wait a mo, then start again.

  Anyone have a fix for this? I’m running W10 i7 with 16 G of RAM.
